The largest asset within the Retail business of the Orient Group is the Makro supermarket chain. One of the undisputed market leaders, this network has been operating since 2010, with over 100 stores in all regions of Uzbekistan and employing thousands of people.
Commenting on the event, Stepan Maslennikov noted: “I am convinced that the most important success factor in retail is trust. And it's not just about the brand's trusting relationships with customers, which are built over the years on the basis of stable product and service quality. An equally critical element is the confidence of the staff in the correctness of the chosen strategy and in the company's management. For my part, I will do my best to strengthen the team spirit and set a vector of intensive development - one that will be able to captivate and inspire employees. Then, and only then, can we count on consumer confidence”.
