The company was founded in 1999 by three entrepreneurs
Paizullajon Mirzaev
Founder
Paizullazhon Rakhmatullaevich Mirzaev is the founder of Orient Group Management and founder of Orient Group. He has managed a number of the group’s enterprises over the years, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Orient Finans Bank from 2010 to 2021.
Born in Namangan region in 1972, he graduated from Namangan Industrial Institute in 1993.
Recipient of the Order of Mehnat Shuxrati.




Saken Polatov
Founder
Saken Djetibayevich Polatov is the founder of Orient Group, chairman of the board of ChAKB Orient Finans Bank and founder of Orient Group Management.
He was born in Tashkent in 1975. He graduated from Tashkent State Medical Institute in 2002.
He is deputy chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan and first deputy chairman of the Republican Boxing Federation. In 2021 he was elected as the vice-president of Asian Boxing Confederation.
Recipient of the Order of Do'stlik.
Saken Polatov
Founder

Rauf Kamiljanov

Founder

Kamiljanov Rauf Mirzaevich is a founder of Orient Group Management, joined the holding in 2022. He is a shareholder of PJSC Garant Bank. He was born in the Ferghana region in 1970. In 1992 he graduated from the Tajik Polytechnic University.

1998 year

  • Started our first company, with wholesale trade our main activity.

2002 year
  • Launched a construction business by launching Ijodkor Qurilish Business.

2009 year
  • Developed our property development business through the founding of Golden House. Today the company is engaged in the entire development cycle: we build comfort-, business- and premium-class housing as well as commercial real estate.

2010 year
  • Opened the Binokor prefab factory to supply our own construction division and produce ready-mix concrete to order.

2011 year
  • Launched Central Asia's largest crushed granite mining and processing facility, covering most of Central Asia's demand from Uzbekistan and supplying neighbouring countries.

  • Open a small social project - a Makro grocery shop.

2013 year
  • Opened our first modern shopping and entertainment centre - Samarqand Darvoza.

  • Launched a modern container terminal, ULS, which has since become an important development point in the logistics sector.

2016 year
  • Launched The Tower Mall Management Group, which takes over the management of existing commercial real estate as well as the location scouting, design, construction and launching of shopping centres.

  • Increased the number of Makro supermarkets: between 2016-2018 we built 54 shops in 18 cities.

2017 year
  • Launched a new business line - the first textile factory specializing in the production of Bakan yarn.

  • Opened Highway Logistics' cargo handling, customs clearance and warehousing centre. Began to offer truck freight services by opening Arrow Green Logistics.

2018 year
  • Launched the FT Textile factory, which produces cotton yarn using the latest technology from German companies.

2019 year
  • Established Orient Logistics and launched a state-of-the-art logistics centre that meets all current international standards as well as the needs of the country's growing business.

2022 year
  • In December 2022 Orient Group Management changes its format to financial holding.

  • Andrey Maslov is appointed CEO of Orient Group.

2023 year
  • Exit from non-core areas: textiles and brick production.
