Graduated from the Siberian Transport University, Faculty of Transport Process Management. Andrei has extensive work experience in Uzbekistan. From 2003 to 2010, Andrey held senior positions at AB InBev, following which he led Beeline Uzbekistan for four years. In 2014 he became head of Russia's largest cinema chain Cinema Park.
In November 2020, Andrey Safronyuk became head of Orient Group Management. He supports and implements regional, federal and international projects.
Andrei is tasked with bringing the group to the leading positions in the Central Asian market, and ensuring consistent growth in transparency and business efficiency.
CEO
Andrei Maslov
Andrey Maslov joined the Orient Group team in May 2021 as a Director of Finance and IT. In December 2022 he was appointed CEO of Orient Group Management.
Andrey has over 13 years of management experience in the mining and metallurgical sectors. From 2016 to 2021, he worked as CFO at NLMK International and oversaw metallurgical assets in Europe and the United States. During this time, an effective local control system was built, the centralization of the financial block was completed and the withdrawal to the ECO in Russia began, and the loan portfolio was refinanced.
Prior to that, Andrey worked for large international companies - Severstal and Lhoist.
Geography of his work includes Russia, France, Belgium, Ukraine, Canada and Burkina Faso.
In 2005 Andrey graduated with honors from MGIMO with a degree in Finance and Credit.
CFO
Davron Ozgurer
Davron Ozgurer joined the Orient Group team in 2017. During this time, he has passed a long career path, starting from the position of a financial analyst. In January 2021, having shown high performance, he was appointed Director of Corporate Finance. Since December 2022 he has been working as the CFO of Orient Group Management.
Previously Davron worked at Ansher Investments, the British investment company. He is an ACCA-P Level candidate, has over 6 years of work experience in investment management, transaction advisory services in various sectors, including development, logistics, industrial manufacturing, retail and agriculture.
In 2017 he graduated from the Westminster International University with a degree in Economics and Finance.

Sergey Kazakov
Sergey graduated from the Russian State Open Technical University of Railway Transport with a degree in National Economics and the Moscow Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in Jurisprudence.
From 2000 to 2015, Sergey worked for the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. During his service, he formalised a new methodology and became one of its pioneers, introducing effective approaches to the full cycle of operational and investigative activities in the fight against economic and tax crimes of business entities. He finished his service at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel of Police.
In 2015-2016, he was an advisor to the management on financial recovery and crisis management of a number of commercial banks.
Since 2016, he has worked as an entrepreneur in several areas: the creation and development of a large network of car wash facilities, a network of karaoke clubs, and rental business management. As part of these projects, Sergey designs and implements company development strategies, forecasts and manages risks, and builds communications with key groups in the external and internal business environment.
Sergei was attracted to Orient by the opportunity to build a business process from scratch to a European level: to assemble an entire team, map out the structure and, after delving into the process of the old team, set it up and improve efficiency. Venera Yerzina
Venera joined Orient Group in March 2017. Within the group, she led the HR departments of Eurasia Group, The Tower MMG, Makro Supermarkets.
Venera is an expert in organisational development and HR management. She has work experience in international and local structures such as UNDP, ABN AMRO BANK, McCann Erickson, ITCC Solutions Group Limited.
Venera holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Tashkent State Economic University. She graduated from Tashkent State Nizami Institute.
She is a certified trainer and coach at Mindful Globe.

Nodira Normatova
Nodira has been working at Orient Group since 2014 and is directly involved in shaping the corporate governance policy not only of the parent company, but also of the subsidiaries and affiliates.
She is responsible for providing legal support to all aspects of the group's companies, including regulatory support and legal representation of the interests of the founders and shareholders.
Nodira has extensive experience in representing not only large Uzbek and foreign companies and transnational corporations, but also international commercial and humanitarian organisations in Uzbekistan.

Oraz Abdurazakov
Oraz graduated from the journalism department of Tashkent State University, and in 2005 defended his master's thesis at the National University of Uzbekistan. In 2014, he graduated with honours from the London School of Public Relations.
From 2001 to 2002 Oraz worked as assistant to the CEO of Algorithm, responsible for the company's internal and external communications. In 2002 Oraz joined the private media holding company World of Economics and Law, where he worked his way up from correspondent to editor-in-chief of Presstige-TV. In August 2005, he became deputy director of the publishing house World of Economics and Law.
In 2008, Oraz became Head of PR for Beeline Uzbekistan. In August 2014, he became General Director of Buzton JV. In 2019, Oraz focused on his own publishing and business projects. Since 2020 he has been running his own strategic communications agency GRANDPR.
He has received a number of professional and industry awards, including "Best PR Campaign of the Year" at the Uzbekistan Brand Awards 2012, "For Dialogue with the Consumer" Marketing Premium 2017 and "Best PR Project of the Year" at the Adweek Advertising Awards 2018.
Oraz is an expert of the National Marketing Association and the Association of Communication Agencies of Uzbekistan, and teaches at the University of Journalism and Mass Communication.
In January 2021, he received an offer to join Orient Group's transformation project.

Artyom Rumyantsev
Artem is a certified professional, and holder of the international qualification "Certified Internal Auditor", awarded by the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA.
Prior to joining Orient Group, he worked in external and internal audit roles, successfully delivering major projects in various industries. He was attracted to Orient Group by the prospect of gaining invaluable experience and the opportunity of introducing advanced internal audit practices in a widely diversified business.
At the group, Artem is responsible for building and developing internal auditing from the ground up, introducing a risk-based approach to operational audit practices, assisting management in improving operations and achieving objectives.

Petr Demchenkov
Petr Demchenkov boasts a rich background in managing consumer goods, retail, and logistics companies. Over a 15-year span, he led "ALIDI", a prominent distribution and logistics firm across Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. Presently, Petr serves as an independent director at Orient Group, chairs the supervisory board and the appointments and remuneration committee for X5 Group - Russia's leading retail chain, and owns the Finnish investment company Olina Oy.

Andrey Nesterenko, a renowned figure in development and retail, has an impressive history with KPMG, Accenture, and Bunge. He's served as CEO and board member for "Gals-Development", "VTB-Real Estate", "RGI International", and led the strategy committee at "LSR Group". He played a pivotal role in the IPO of DIXY, a Russian retailer. Currently, Andrey is an independent director at Orient Group and an astute private investor in residential real estate, high-tech, logistics, and agriculture sectors.
